The Rustichelli company, founded in 1919 in Faenza, has an experience of almost 100 years in production of hight quality cakes and biscuits, as well as gluten-free products, with the own brand NOGLUT®.

In 2003 Rustichelli set up a new plant in Milan, first company in Italy entirely dedicated to the production of kosher Food, under the supervision of the Biala Rebbe, Rabbi Ben Zion Rabinowitz.

Since then, we have been serving Leading International Airlines, Cruise Companies, Caterers, Railways Companies and Tour operators with a full Kosher Catering service.

Our mission is to provide our customers with an outstanding quality and culinary kosher excellence, matching the authenticity of a restaurant-style menu with the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
